A randomised controlled trial of a computerised decision support system for breast cancer MDT meetings

The most significant evaluation activity in progress is a randomised controlled trial of the MATE system designed to support breast cancer MDT meetings. The trial is taking place at the Royal Free NHS Trust in London where the system is in routine use.

This study is investigating the impact of the MATE decision support system on the quality of care of women with breast cancer.
